Junior Officer

As a Junior Officer, Accounts at Dimexon Diamonds Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining precise financial records and extending necessary support to the Finance and Legal department. Your proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally, along with expertise in financial reporting will be essential for seamless coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. Located in Nariman Point, Mumbai, your responsibilities will revolve around various aspects including accounting, financial reporting, and other related duties. You will meticulously manage the Books of Accounts for the Director's family using Tally ERP, liaise with auditors for annual book closures, and ensure timely compliance with Advance Tax workings. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing comprehensive cash flow reports to track fund inflows and outflows, as well as generating Budget vs. Actuals and other financial reports upon management's request. Collaboration with team members to guarantee accuracy and timeliness in financial processes, along with prompt responses to financial queries from management, will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a B. Com degree and possess 2-3 years of experience in the Accounts field, with a mandatory requirement of at least 1 year of Tally ERP experience. Proficiency in Tally, Word, and Excel will further solidify your capabilities in fulfilling the responsibilities associated with this role.,
