Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct microbiological testing of spices and raw ingredients to ensure quality standards.
  • Detect microbial contaminants through various methods such as plate counting, PCR, and bacteriological analysis.
  • Monitor spice hygiene and sanitation practices in the production area to prevent contamination.
  • Prepare documents related to food safety standards, including lab reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, observations, and actions taken.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP)
