Role Overview: You are sought after to join the IT team as a motivated Junior Linux Admin with 6 months to 2 years of experience. Your key responsibilities will include managing and configuring Linux servers, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting various network and software tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve issues related to Linux servers and workstations efficiently. - Handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux operating systems across various environments. - Manage user accounts and permissions ensuring secure and efficient access to Linux systems. - Install, configure, and maintain a variety of software applications on Linux servers. - Provide technical support to end-users for Linux-based systems, addressing hardware, software, and network issues as needed. - Implement and configure security measures including antivirus software and firewalls to protect Linux systems. - Manage the installation of system updates, patches, and the reinstallation of Linux applications to maintain system integrity and security.
