Junior Legal Associate (Corporate Law)

Role Overview: As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Insolvency Professional (IP) in various aspects of the insolvency process. Your responsibilities will include assisting in drafting legal documents, reports, and submissions to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), preparing agendas and minutes for creditor meetings, reporting to regulatory bodies, drafting petitions, applications, and replies, managing daily communications with stakeholders, and providing consistent support throughout the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation process. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting legal documents, reports, etc. for submission to the NCLT - Prepare agendas and minutes for creditor meetings - Report to regulatory bodies - Draft petitions, applications, and replies - Manage daily communications with stakeholders - Provide support throughout the CIRP and Liquidation process Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of post-qualification professional experience - Language proficiency in English Additional Company Details: Candidates with the ability to commute or relocate to Chandigarh will be preferred for this full-time position. The work location is in person, and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience are preferred for this role. English language proficiency is also preferred for effective communication in this position.,
