We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support senior attorneys in case preparation
2. Draft legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and motions3. Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings4. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters5. Provide general legal support and advice to clients6. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company or its clients7. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the successful resolution of cases and matters
