Junior Kg Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Jr. KG Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 3–4 years, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons for junior kindergarten children.

Encourage learning through play, stories, activities, and creative projects.

Monitor and assess children’s progress and development.

Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children’s development, behavior, and achievements.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a holistic learning experience.

Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or relevant teaching qualification.

Experience: Minimum 1 year teaching experience with pre-primary or junior kindergarten children preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative and innovative in lesson planning and classroom activities.

Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children.

Ability to manage a classroom effectively.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
