Our focus is on building strong foundations, guiding learners through real-world tools, and helping them achieve internships and placements in the IT industry. We are expanding our training team and are looking for a passionate Junior IT Trainer.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on IT fundamentals, programming, and related technologies (online & offline).
• Support students by clarifying technical concepts and assisting with implementation sessions.
• Create and maintain training content, exercises, and projects.
• Design daily assignments for students and keep track of their progress.
• Generate academic and practical projects for students to enhance hands-on learning.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and updates of SKETOs websites.
• Collaborate with senior trainers and the management team on new training modules.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Trainer or in a similar technical training role.
• Strong knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Full Stack Development, and Software Development.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, and Website Management.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students toward industry readiness.
