Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Interior Site Supervisor to join our commercial interior design team. The ideal candidate will support the site execution team and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within quality standards, and in line with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site activities.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth work execution.

Check materials delivered to the site and ensure they meet project requirements.

Support in maintaining project timelines and reporting progress to senior supervisors.

Conduct site measurements, inspections, and quality checks.

Ensure safety guidelines and site regulations are followed.

Resolve minor site-related issues and escalate when required.

Maintain site documentation including reports, attendance, and work logs.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

Freshers with strong interest in interior site execution are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of site supervision and construction/interior finishing works.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle site challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel within project sites in Ernakulam as required.
