Junior Interior Designer

• Diploma in interior designing from an accredited institution
• 1+ years of Interior designing experience preferably in residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,and Lumion is required

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather input and feedback on their residential project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with clients to address any changes, modifications, or adjustments to the initial design plans, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Adjust contract terms and designs as necessary to accommodate changing client needs, budget considerations, or regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation and execution of the architectural designs.
• Oversee and manage architectural production staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the designs are being implemented accurately and according to specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
