Job Title: Junior Horticulture supervisor

Location: Vadakkankulam, Tirunelveli

Qualification: Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture

Experience: 0–5 Years
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Horticulture supervisor to manage and support operations in gardening, lawn grass maintenance, etc. . The ideal candidate will be an Agriculture or Horticulture graduate with hands-on interest in Horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure healthy plant growth using best agronomic practices.

Identify pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.

Ensure timely and precise application of pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers.

Manage drip irrigation systems and moisture levels according to crop needs.

Supervise garden labour.

Coordinate with the Supervisor and other departments for planning and reporting.

Execute any additional assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Horticulture or Agriculture.
• Interest or experience in Horticulture.
• Familiarity with plant growth stages, Nursery, Lawn grass, etc..
• Strong observation skills and ability to work independently in field conditions.
• Basic knowledge of garden machinery and irrigation systems.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vadakkankulam, Tirunelveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
