Junior Graphic Designer

This is a hands-on, execution-first role and is best suited for designers in the early stages of their careers (1–2 years). If you’re currently operating in a senior or lead capacity, this role may feel limiting.

Experience Required:

1–2 years of hands-on graphic design experience.

Enough to know the tools. Enough to still be curious.

Your Role (a.k.a. What You’ll Actually Do)

You’ll be the visual brain behind:

• Ads that stop thumbs, not just fill space
• Social media creatives that spark conversations
• Brochures & flyers people actually read
• Logos & printables that don’t age overnight
• Book layouts & cover designs that tell a story
• GIFs & short video edits that add rhythm to content

Your Mission:

• Translate ideas into clean, compelling visuals
• Bring structure to creativity (not chaos)
• Improve design workflows without killing creativity
• Add perspective, not just execution, to campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
• Comfort with Procreate & Wacom (big plus)
• Generative AI knowledge is non-negotiable (We don’t fear AI. We expect you to know how to use it well.)
• Solid sketching & visual ideation skills
• Ability to think laterally, adapt fast, and design with intent
• Agency experience is a plus!
• Someone who understands brand tone, not just aesthetics
