Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer with 1-2.5 years of experience, your role will involve creating engaging and on-brand graphics for various media platforms. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Study design briefs and determine requirements. - Execute online and offline campaigns and create social media posts. - Design packages and branding materials. - Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements. - Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas to the team. - Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. - Utilize appropriate colors and layouts for each design. - Collaborate with copywriters and the Creative Director to finalize designs. - Test graphics across different media channels. - Incorporate feedback to amend designs. - Ensure that final artwork and layout align with the brand's visual identity. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, social media designs, and branding work. - Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc. - Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. - Ability to work methodically and meet project deadlines. - A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field would be advantageous.
