Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, you will be a key player in our Marketing/Design team, working from our office in Indore. You will be responsible for quickly executing creative briefs into engaging visual content for digital, social, print, and web platforms. Your ability to collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to meet project deadlines with high-quality results will be crucial. Adapting and resizing creative assets for different platforms, handling multiple design requests, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Quickly execute creative briefs into engaging visual content for digital, social, print, and web. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to meet project deadlines with high-quality results. - Adapt and resize creative assets for different platforms within the given time frame. - Handle multiple design requests and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. - Respond promptly to feedback and make revisions in a timely manner. - Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design best practices. Qualifications Required: - Degree/diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. - 0.6 - 3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome). - Fast and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Ability to deliver clean, impactful designs quickly. - Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Experience with tools like Figma or Canva for rapid prototyping. - Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro). - Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
