Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at White.Inc, you will play a crucial role in creating impactful designs that effectively communicate the messaging required for various marketing initiatives. Working closely under the guidance of the senior art director, you will be responsible for generating design assets needed by different teams such as social media, performance marketing, and marketplaces. Your key responsibilities will include creating drafts of social media posts, web banners, and other design elements, and seeking approval from the senior art director. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the design project lifecycle, from conceptualization to final execution. It will be essential to ensure that all graphic elements maintain consistency in style, colors, and messaging, while also selecting appropriate imagery to visually represent the content effectively. As part of the creative process, you will be involved in ideation sessions and be required to pitch innovative design concepts. Additionally, you will need to incorporate feedback provided by senior team members, making necessary edits to enhance the quality of the work. Adhering to strict timelines and delivering high-quality design assets as per campaign/project requirements will be a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong understanding of visual elements such as typography, layout, and fonts. While basic knowledge of online marketing would be beneficial, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment is essential. Excellent time management skills and the capacity to receive constructive feedback to improve design capabilities are also crucial. Being comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting is a definite advantage. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 1-year experience at an advertising agency or a design house. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must, with experience working on the iOS/Apple operating system being preferred.
