Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

• KudoMetrics Technologies is looking for a creative and proactive Junior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of assigned design tasks and contribute independently to branding and marketing initiatives.
• This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about design,
• comfortable using modern design tools and AI-powered platforms, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual assets for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and ads.
• Translate concepts and briefs into high-quality designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design digital and print creatives including banners, posters, social media posts, illustrations, and layouts.
• Own design projects end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and timely delivery.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI image generators) to enhance design ideation and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams; implement feedback effectively.
• Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; manage design assets and files efficiently.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and AI-driven technologies.
• Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong ownership and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Freshers / 0 years of experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
• Hands-on familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Interest or basic experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or image-generation platforms.
• Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design fundamentals.
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and digital branding.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
