Junior Graphic Design

As a junior graphic designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including branding, identity design, packaging design, and company presentations/brochures. Reporting directly to the creative director, you will be responsible for producing high-quality work that aligns with the company's vision. Your creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills will be key in creating imaginative designs that captivate our audience. Responsibilities: - Conduct research on global trends, target markets, and competitors to inform decision-making and creative direction - Generate original ideas and translate them into visual concepts that resonate with the target audience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging content that meets client needs - Continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of the team - Work closely with creative leads to develop and execute projects in a timely manner - Create drafts using graphic techniques and tools - Design logos, packaging, brochures, and presentations that align with client requirements - Present finalised ideas to clients and incorporate feedback into revisions - Follow creative briefs to deliver projects that meet client expectations Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) - Familiarity with design techniques, such as prototyping - Strong team player with effective time management skills - Creative mindset and problem-solving abilities - Solid understanding of visual elements, including layouts, typefaces, hierarchy, contrast, and color theory Your role as a junior graphic designer will be crucial in shaping the visual identity of our projects and contributing to the overall success of our team.,
