Job Title: Junior Generative AI Trainer

Role Overview

The Assistant Generative AI Trainer will support the lead trainer in delivering GenAI-focused training programs, hands‑on labs, and doubt‑clearing sessions for students and working professionals. This is a contract role with medium pay, best suited for candidates who want teaching experience and an entry point into the AI / GenAI upskilling space.​

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead GenAI trainer in delivering sessions on topics like prompt engineering, LLM tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), and practical AI use cases.​
• Handle practice sessions, assignments, projects, and doubt‑clearing for learners (online/offline).​
• Guide learners in using AI tools for coding assistance, content generation, data analysis, and productivity workflows.​
• Support in preparing training materials: slides, lab guides, demos, and practice datasets.​
• Monitor learner progress, share feedback with the lead trainer, and help improve session quality.​
• Coordinate session logistics such as attendance, basic reporting, and communication with participants.​

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI tools with basic hands‑on experience.​
• Good communication and teaching/explaining skills in English plus at least one Indian language.​
• Comfort with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney/other image tools, and AI productivity add‑ons.​
• Graduation in any discipline; technical or computer‑science background is an added advantage.​
• Prior experience in teaching/training, mentorship, or content creation will be a plus but not mandatory.​
