Junior Executive, Maintenance

As an experienced Maintenance Department professional, your role will involve: - Ensuring optimum machine availability, workforce, and shift schedules in the maintenance department, including the creation and execution of a Preventive Maintenance Plan (PPM). - Adhering to CGMP instructions, resolving technical issues, performing machine maintenance, and prioritizing safety and environmental considerations to minimize pollution and hazards, while also addressing breakdown maintenance promptly. - Taking charge of all engineering-related activities within the production plant, overseeing the preparation, verification, and review of GMP documents. - Managing the installation and commissioning of equipment, developing initial drawings, activity charts, and budgets for new projects, and modifying areas as needed. - Implementing and upholding safety protocols, conducting Accident Investigations, identifying root causes, and ensuring compliance with safety measures, including the operation of SAP-related tasks. - Verifying door interlocking and access control systems, initiating Purchase Requisitions/Capex for equipment/system acquisitions, and supporting the Department Head in performance enhancement modifications. - Handling audit responses, coordinating with various departments for production planning, and acting as a Designee for the Head of Department in overseeing preventive maintenance activities and breakdown notes. - Leading the finalization of conceptual layouts for production, manufacturing, filling, and packing processes, and taking responsibility for the preventive maintenance of production equipment and machinery. In addition to the job responsibilities, the candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the Maintenance Department.,
