Junior Executive-Machine Operator

As a Packing Operations Supervisor in the spice & masala/ breakfast product lines at our company located in Kolengery, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations of 34 automated packing machines including FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing, and Cup filler. You will also be responsible for managing manual packing operations, ensuring production quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily output targets. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the operations of automated packing machines such as FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing, and Cup filler. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to Food Safety and company processing guidelines. - Complete daily logs, paperwork, and product sampling accurately. - Plan and execute changeovers for different SKUs efficiently. - Monitor machine parameters, make minor adjustments, and troubleshoot equipment as needed. - Manage manual packing activities to ensure correct weights, packaging materials, and labeling. - Allocate manpower effectively and supervise operators and helpers on the packing lines. - Ensure all packed products meet quality standards in terms of weight, sealing, hygiene, and appearance. - Coordinate with QC for inline checks and take timely corrective actions. - Maintain accurate records of production output, wastage, downtime, and material consumption. - Identify machine-related issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for prompt resolution. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: 1 year of total work experience preferred - License/Certification: ITI preferred Please note that this is a full-time position located in Kolengery.,
