As a Junior Executive - Internal Audit at Nspira, a leading Education Management Services company under the Narayana Group, your role involves performing various financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include conducting examinations, reviews, and reporting to provide assurance that internal controls are appropriate, effective, and efficient. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that 100% active branches are audited once every 45 days. - Audit revenue areas, study materials inventory, fixed assets, and board NR submissions as per the audit scope. - Verify the accuracy of generated audit reports. - Report audit results to branch management and relevant individuals promptly. - Evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures, operating systems, and controls at the branch level. - Ensure timely submission of all travel expenses and local conveyance bills to the accounts department.
