Job Description

As a Quality Production Technician (Junior Executive) at Siemens Energy, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future through world-class manufacturing. In this challenging and future-oriented role, you will be responsible for various critical tasks including in-process inspection of 145kV/220kV/400kV GIS, pre-dispatch inspection of the same, inspection of CT/VT/SF6 Air bushings, CB drive & CB pole, LCC inspection at vendor premises, and preparing inspection documents for FAT. Additionally, you will actively participate in Gemba meetings, Quality Gemba, 5S audits, and Safety Meetings. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a total experience of 2-3 years. You should also demonstrate shift flexibility and willingness to work in all three shifts. Technical skills such as understanding manufacturing and assembly, proficiency in preparing documentation, and maintaining records are essential. Moreover, familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures is required. This role is based in Aurangabad, with opportunities to visit other locations in India and beyond.
