Junior Engineer - RMC Plant

As a Junior Engineer - RMC Plant at Swagat Group, your role involves the overall management and smooth operation of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. You will be responsible for overseeing machinery, manpower, processes, and quality control. Your key responsibilities include: - Monitoring concrete grades for slabs, columns, beams, and other structural components. - Applying knowledge of soil grades and their impact on concrete performance. - Supervising the production and delivery of concrete as per project specifications. - Identifying and implementing improvements in production processes for better efficiency and quality. - Ensuring proper usage and maintenance of equipment for minimal downtime. - Maintaining records of production, quality checks, and material usage. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. - Sound knowledge of concrete technology, including grades of concrete and design mix preparation. - Familiarity with soil grading and its influence on construction processes. - Ability to troubleshoot machinery and process issues.
