Job Description

1. Production Operations: - Operate and monitor equipment used in the copper tube manufacturing process. - Adjust production parameters to optimize processing efficiency and maintain quality standards. 2. Technical Support: - Provide hands-on technical assistance for the maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. - Identify and resolve technical issues that may disrupt production. 3. Quality Control: - Perform regular inspections and tests on the finished products to ensure they meet specified standards. - Maintain proper documentation and reports of production and quality metrics. 4. Maintenance: - Carry out routine preventive maintenance on production equipment. - Assist in major repairs and upgrades, coordinating with external maintenance teams as needed. 5. Safety and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices at all times. - Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training sessions. 6. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with production teams, quality control personnel, and management. - Communicate effectively to resolve issues and meet production targets. Qualifications: - Diploma Only. - Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in metal processing or tube manufacturing. - Strong mechanical skills with a good understanding of machinery and equipment. - Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems effectively. - Commitment to safety and quality standards.
