Junior Engineer- Laptop/Desktop

You will be responsible for installing and configuring equipment/systems for clients, as well as diagnosing and resolving any issues that may arise with the systems or equipment. Providing technical support to clients both on-site and remotely will be a key part of your role. Your duties will also include ensuring that systems are functioning correctly post-installation or repair, and communicating effectively with clients to address their needs and provide necessary support. It will be important for you to ensure that all services provided meet safety and quality standards. Staying up to date with industry trends and continuously improving your skills will be essential for success in this role. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the service field.
