Job Title Junior Draughtsman Location Kollam, Kerala Required Number 2 Qualification ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Draughtsmanship. 0–2 years of relevant experience in Civil or Structural drafting (freshers may apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or similar drafting tools. Basic understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and documentation workflows. Good communication and team coordination skills. Skills Required AutoCAD / Drafting Software Proficiency Civil, Structural & Interior Drawing Fundamentals Documentation & Archiving Team Collaboration Attention to Detail Job description The Junior Draughtsman will work closely with project engineers and senior draughtsmen to prepare, revise, and maintain drawings for university projects. The role includes developing accurate CAD drawings, assisting in documentation and approval submissions, and maintaining drawing records in alignment with institutional design protocols. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings under supervision. Assist in drafting layouts, revisions, and corrections based on engineer instructions. Support the preparation of approval and as-built drawings for internal and statutory use. Maintain drawing registers, digital archives, and documentation logs. Coordinate with project teams for drawing clarifications and site references. Ensure all drawings comply with institutional design and safety standards.
