Job Description

As an associate on the IT Delivery, Web Solutions development team in Hyderabad, India, you will be working on developing, customizing, and supporting Infors Incentive Tracking System. The applications you will be working on are primarily developed using Microsoft programming technologies. You are expected to have 1-2 years of experience with C# .NET, Visual Studio, SQL or other relational database management systems, and some experience with APIs, XML, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Your role will require organizational skills to meet deadlines, both within a team and independently, and excellent oral and written communication skills for effective idea presentation. Creativity and analytical problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this position. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing custom solutions for the incentive tracking system, collaborating with internal teams to adapt design/interface/CSS/functionality based on project requirements, providing accurate estimates for programming tasks, and creating technical design documents and configuration documents for successful application implementation. Staying up to date with the latest tools and technologies in software development is crucial, as is assisting other developers, participating in software design reviews, and providing training to other groups on new or changed functionality. Additionally, you will be expected to offer internal support for applications produced. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with AI and AI tools, ideation for process improvement and automation using AI/ML insights, knowledge of AI-driven models for various purposes, familiarity with content management systems, experience with Web Services, SOAP, CAML, advanced workflow development, cloud hosting and management, front-end platforms like Angular, Next.JS, React, TypeScript, marketing platforms such as Salesforce/Pardot, and predictive analytics for customer behavior analysis, marketing strategy optimization, and business growth opportunities.,
