Junior Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage social media accounts – create, schedule, and monitor content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track performance using analytics tools.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and analyze ROI.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, database management, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging creatives and ad copies.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns effective and up to date.
• Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
