Junior Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Designer with creative flair and enthusiasm to grow within our digital marketing team. You will assist in producing designs and video content for campaigns while learning from senior team members. This is a growth-oriented role for someone passionate about design, branding, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating social media posts, ads, presentations, and brand creatives.
• Support in video editing for reels, ads, and short-form content.
• Work closely with the senior designer to execute concepts into final deliverables.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines.
• Explore new creative trends and suggest fresh ideas for campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of social media design formats and video editing basics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Motion graphics knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and take feedback constructively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
