Junior Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and web layout creation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-quality digital experiences that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive, pixel-perfect UI layouts for websites, landing pages, and applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional HTML/CSS code.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all platforms and assets.
• Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and user engagement.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and style guides using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to design banners, promotional pages, and campaign creatives.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to improve design effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility challenges and how to address them.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in layout, typography, spacing, and user experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to AI-based design tools like Adobe Firefly, Uizard, Designs.ai, Chat GPT or similar is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Experience with animation tools or motion graphics.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
