About Devolve by 6DegreesIT: We are a growing creative marketing agency delivering social media strategy, branding, and digital content for clients across India, the USA, Canada, Dubai, and Europe. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands the fast-paced world of content creation and can drive engaging digital experiences across platforms. What We’re Looking For: We need someone who’s creative, organized, and digitally fluent — someone who can not only manage and grow social media accounts, but also design high-quality content and create engaging reels. You should be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Canva AI for ideation and execution. This is an all-rounder social media role, perfect for someone who enjoys both content strategy and content creation. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients Design social media creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation, drafting posts, and building strategies Edit and repurpose short-form video content and reels. Schedule and publish content, monitor engagement, and stay updated with platform trends Coordinate with clients for basic communication, approvals, and feedback. You’re a Great Fit If You:To Apply:Send your resume, portfolio (designs, captions, reels), and any links Have 1+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts Are confident in designing posts, stories, carousels, and video edits Can write clear, creative, and on-brand content Have experience using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Rush, CapCut, etc. Are comfortable working with AI tools for content and design support Are fluent in English and Hindi Can manage time across multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
