Junior Creative Stylist

As a Junior Creative Stylist at our company located in Hebbal, Bangalore, you will play a vital role in bringing our brands to life through visually compelling imagery. Your keen eye for aesthetics and passion for styling will help in executing photo shoots and ensuring that our brand's unique language is reflected in every image. Here's what you'll be responsible for: - **Concept & Execution:** Collaborate with the creative team to understand shoot objectives and brand guidelines. Independently execute styling for various shoots, such as product, e-commerce, and lifestyle, ensuring alignment with the established vision. - **Brand Language Champion:** Immerse yourself in our brand's aesthetic, tone, and target audience. Reflect this understanding in your styling choices to ensure that every image tells our brand's story consistently. - **Shoot Preparation:** Assist in sourcing, organizing, and preparing props, wardrobe, and accessories for shoots. Keep track of inventory and ensure everything is ready on set. - **On-Set Styling:** Be hands-on during shoots, adjusting styling elements, posing models if applicable, and ensuring every detail is perfect for capturing the best possible shots. - **Post-Production Guidance:** Provide clear instructions to our editors on retouching, color correction, cropping, and overall final output. Your guidance will ensure that the edited images align perfectly with the creative vision and brand standards. - **Trend Awareness:** Stay updated on styling trends, competitor activities, and innovative visual approaches to continuously elevate our creative output. - **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with photographers, art directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. **What You'll Bring:** - 1-3 years of experience in styling for shoots, preferably in a commercial or editorial setting. - A strong portfolio showcasing your styling skills and creative vision. - Excellent understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into tangible visual outputs. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially when providing feedback and instructions to editors. - An organized and detail-oriented approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency with relevant styling tools and a basic understanding of photography principles. - A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - A degree or diploma in fashion, design, photography, or a related field is a plus.
