Junior Creative Designer (AI & Digital Video)

Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy Junior Creative Designer who is excited about the next generation of content creation. You will be at the forefront of our creative team, using state-of-the-art Generative AI to produce cinematic-quality videos and high-impact digital assets. We need someone who can blend traditional design principles with "prompt-to-video" workflows to create content faster and better than ever before.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Video Production: Use Google Veo and Runway to generate high-fidelity video clips with synchronized audio, realistic physics, and cinematic lighting.
• Social Media Storytelling: Design and edit engaging Reels and Shorts using CapCut or Premiere Pro, incorporating AI-generated visuals to replace traditional stock footage.
• Visual Design: Create professional social media graphics and marketing collateral using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva AI.
• Prompt Engineering: Master creative prompting to ensure that AI-generated characters, styles, and environments remain consistent with our brand identity.
• Resourceful Innovation: Stay updated on the latest accessible AI features (like those within Google Labs, Kling, or Luma) to keep our output high.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6–12 months in a creative role (agency or fast-paced startup experience preferred).
• Technical Agility: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a strong comfort level with AI video tools (specifically Google Veo, Sora, or Runway).
• Design Sense: A strong eye for composition, color theory, and rhythmic video editing.
• Curiosity: Someone who follows AI news and is always the first to try out a new "public preview" or feature update.
• Portfolio: A portfolio that includes examples of video editing and at least a few experiments with AI-generated or AI-enhanced content.
