Junior Creative Assistant

As a Junior Creative Assistant, you will have the exciting opportunity to dive into the world of ads, filmmaking, and social media. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director, Producer, and Creative Agency lead to bring creative visions to life. Your responsibilities will include making pitches, conducting research, ideation and scripting, as well as being an integral part of the execution team. This position is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, allowing you to witness the entire creative process from initial pitch to final execution. We are looking for a passionate individual who can utilize their time with us (3 to 6 months) as a stepping stone to advance their career in the industry. The work model for this role is hybrid, requiring you to be present at our Khar office approximately three times a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Availability on call is essential to ensure smooth collaboration and timely deliverables. Your typical working hours will be from 10 AM to 6 PM, with the possibility of longer hours during shoots or tight deadlines. The compensation for the first 3 months will be up to 20,000 per month, which will increase to up to 25,000 per month for the subsequent 3 months. Additionally, you will receive a project fee of 3,000 per shoot on top of your base salary.
