Job Description

Way for Sky is hiring Junior Counselors / Telecallers to join our admissions and counseling team. The role involves interacting with students and parents, providing information about aviation courses, and assisting with enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding student inquiries.
• Explain course details and admission procedures.
• Maintain call logs and follow up with prospective students.
• Support the counseling and sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
