Role Overview

As a Junior Client Servicing Executive, you will support the account management team in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. This role provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Brand Understanding

  • Learn and understand the client's brand identity, core values, tone of voice, and key differentiators.
  • Assist in applying this understanding to support campaign execution and content alignment.

2. Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist in receiving, decoding, and coordinating new briefs under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure deliverables meet brand expectations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for content calendars, campaign ideas, and marketing initiatives.

3. Quality Check & Content Posting

  • Perform basic quality checks on content before sharing internally or with clients.
  • Support in managing the posting of approved content on social media platforms under supervision.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Help create and update weekly Job Status Reports (JSRs) to track ongoing tasks and campaign progress.
  • Gather data and inputs to support the preparation of social media performance reports and brand analysis documents.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Media, SEO, and Web teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and timely delivery.
  • Conduct routine hygiene checks across platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy in campaign execution.

6. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Provide support in ORM tasks, including monitoring client mentions, sentiment, and conversations as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (or pursuing).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
