Junior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise
civil construction works
including university buildings, hospital infrastructure, hostels, and other institutional facilities.
Execute and monitor
civil maintenance activities
to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct
site inspections
and ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety protocols.
Supervise
repair, renovation, and upkeep
of existing infrastructure.
Monitor material quality, usage, and maintain records of work progress.
Support in preparing
progress reports, project schedules, and documentation
.
Ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements
and university policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
5 to 10 years in civil construction and maintenance, preferably in
university, institutional, or hospital projects
.
Strong knowledge of
construction materials, structural work, finishing, and utilities
.
Hands-on experience in
civil maintenance supervision
and site management.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
.
Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
