Junior Backend Developer - Python & Django

As a Backend Developer for a large-scale ERP system using Django Rest Framework, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend APIs - Implementing a microservices architecture for decoupling, scalability, and efficiency - Integrating PostgreSQL databases for data storage and management - Implementing background tasks and scheduling using Celery and Celery Beat - Utilizing Kafka for messaging and event-driven architecture - Utilizing Redis for caching, session management, and API performance optimization - Developing real-time communication features using Django Channels - Managing data pipelines and performing data transformations using Pandas and NumPy - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Collaborating with frontend teams, database administrators, and DevOps engineers - Troubleshooting and optimizing API performance - Participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation - Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends Qualifications and Skills Required: - 1+ year of experience in backend development using Django and Django Rest Framework - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with microservices architecture - Extensive experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases - Experience in handling asynchronous tasks and scheduling using Celery and Celery Beat - Familiarity with Kafka for building event-driven systems - Expertise in Redis for caching, pub/sub messaging, and system performance improvement - Hands-on experience with Django Channels for real-time communication - Proficient in Pandas and NumPy for data processing and analysis - Familiarity with ERP systems and their modules - Understanding of RESTful API design principles, security best practices, and scalability patterns - Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes - Knowledge of GraphQL for flexible APIs - Previous experience working on ERP software or large-scale enterprise applications,
