Junior Associate Quality Audit

As a junior associate working in the Falcon Compliance team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:

• Conduct periodic audits (call audits, process audits)

• Verify adherence to compliance guidelines, regulatory norms, and internal SOPs.

• Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete records (e.g., call recordings, documentation gaps).
