Junior Associate - Finance

As a Junior Associate - Finance at Blue Tyga, you will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in pricing and profitability analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Perform complete reconciliation of online website and marketplace transactions. - Reconcile GSTR-2B and GSTR-1 data to ensure GST compliance. - Record and reconcile bank entries to maintain accurate financial records. - Process bills and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) efficiently. - Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary support during audits. - Prepare detailed costing reports to assist in pricing and profitability analysis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or other finance-related disciplines. - 03 years of experience in the apparel industry (freshers are also welcome). - Proficiency in finance software; experience with Zoho Books is an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent team player with effective interpersonal communication skills. - Familiarity with online marketplace operations and domain knowledge.
