Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Assistant with basic computer knowledge to support daily office operations. The candidate should be organized, willing to learn, and able to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day office activities
• Handle basic computer work such as data entry, email handling, and document preparation
• Maintain files, records, and office documents
• Support senior staff with administrative tasks
• Answer phone calls and assist visitors when required
• Ensure office cleanliness and organization
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Any degree (Preferable-BSC computer science)
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic typing skills
