As a Junior Architect at SWBI Architects, you will be an integral part of our team in Gurgaon. Your role will involve preparing GFC drawings with accuracy and compliance, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with senior architects in design development. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare GFC drawings ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards. - Organize and maintain drawing documentation and revisions in a timely manner. - Demonstrate discipline, accountability, and a strong grasp of design development processes. - Show punctuality, commitment, and a methodical approach to project timelines. - Assist senior architects in design development, detailing, and coordination of projects. Key Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Freshers with intern experience in architectural design and documentation are welcome to apply. - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other presentation tools. - Good understanding of GFC documentation and coordination workflows. - Possess a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail. - Capable of following directions and proactively contributing within a team environment.
