Responsibilities Create detailed plans for the construction project and present drawings Performing preliminary research for projects Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports. Providing input on project proposals and architectural designs Assisting to coordinate details for projects and present materials to clients Communicating with contractors about the status of a project Creating proposals and documents relating to designs or construction Work closely with construction managers and workers Communicating with clients to gather requirements and update project status Qualifications Minimum Degree in Architecture Proficiency with Auto cad, Google Sketch up, 3D rendering, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and detail-oriented Desire to grow within a team environment Well-organized with the ability to manage time and meet timelines Creative and collaborative with a passion for designing and detailing Analytical thinker and problem solver Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
