Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Execution: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation. 2. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design and safety standards. Maintain and enforce quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Site Supervision: Monitor resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, for optimal utilization. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. 4. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct risk assessments and address potential hazards. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, records, and documentation. Update project managers on progress, delays, or challenges. 6. Problem-Solving: Address technical and operational challenges that arise on-site and implement effective solutions.
