Junior Architect

Job Description

Job brief We need a proficient Junior Architect to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings while keeping in mind the needs of the project. Responsibilities:- - Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts. - Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software. - Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on project planning. - Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations. - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress. - Support the preparation of presentations and client proposals. - Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. - Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and a creative mindset. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Previous internship or work experience in architecture is a plus. 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial and residential high & low rise buildings in the architectural field.
