Junior Architect

You will be joining Kube Interiors, a company that specializes in creating aesthetically pleasing and practical spaces through interior design, bespoke furniture, and architectural solutions tailored for residential, commercial, and retail projects. As a Junior Architect, your role will involve assisting in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing interior and architectural projects. You will be responsible for generating 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs using Lumion, as well as preparing technical drawings and layouts with software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Collaborating with the senior design team, you will create mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks, ensuring design consistency and quality control through site visits. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors and contractors to adhere to project timelines and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conceptualization, design, and implementation of interior and architectural projects. - Generate 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs using Lumion. - Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and detailed plans with AutoCAD / SketchUp. - Edit and produce engaging VR and 360 videos showcasing interior spaces. - Maintain awareness of emerging VR technologies to enhance output quality. - Collaborate with senior design team on mood boards, material palettes, and presentations. - Conduct site visits for design consistency and quality control. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. - Proficiency in Lumion for realistic rendering. - Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, 3ds Max, and other design tools. - Understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial planning. - Ability to translate client requirements into innovative design solutions. - Experience in VR video editing within architectural or interior design context.
