Junior Architect

As an Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of workplace projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution - Preparing presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations - Working on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs - Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision - Supporting site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required - Conducting research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices - Participating in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution - Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office - Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion (preferred but not mandatory) - Excellent communication and visualization skills - Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment - Eagerness to learn and grow within the studio culture The company offers the following to its employees: - Exposure to real-time projects and learning opportunities - A supportive, design-driven, and collaborative work environment - Mentorship from experienced professionals - Opportunity to build a portfolio with meaningful, high-impact work,
