Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and architectural standards.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication skills for client and team coordination.
• Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models under the guidance of senior architects.
• Assist in conceptual design development, space planning, and detailing.
• Work with CAD, BIM, and rendering software to produce presentation and construction documents.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project execution.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during project execution.

Site Involvement

• Support site visits to verify design implementation and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving on-site design-related issues under senior supervision.

Research & Compliance

• Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.
• Ensure design compliance with local building codes, regulations, and client requirements.

Client & Presentation Support

• Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and visualizations for client meetings.
• Participate in discussions and take notes to translate client needs into design inputs.
