Junior Architect

You will be working as a Junior Architect at Aanya Real Estate, a prominent real estate development advisory and management firm situated in India. As a Junior Architect at our Thane location, your primary responsibilities will revolve around crafting architectural designs, supporting project management tasks, and ensuring seamless project integration in accordance with the company's directives. Your routine duties will encompass creating design drafts, collaborating closely with senior architects and project managers, and engaging in on-site visits to oversee project advancement. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Architectural Design and Architecture along with hands-on experience in Project Management. A comprehensive understanding of Software Development and Integration is essential, coupled with robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills and a knack for teamwork are imperative qualities for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is a prerequisite, while any additional certifications or practical experience in real estate development would be advantageous. A minimum of 2.5 years of relevant experience, along with a B.Arch Degree, is also necessary for this role.,
