Junior and Senior fashion consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Junior and Senior Fashion Consultants for a multi-designer store located in Kala Ghoda , Mumbai. The day-to-day tasks for the role include offering fashion advice and assistance to clients, maintaining product knowledge, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales. Junior Consultants will focus on customer service and executing fashion recommendations, while Senior Consultants will be involved in developing fashion strategies and leading the consultant team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of fashion trends and products
• Experience in fashion consulting and providing personalized advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Fashion, Marketing, or related field is preferred
