Job Description

As a Junior Accountant at our financial consultancy team, your role involves maintaining and updating financial records using Tally software, assisting in GST and TDS return filings, processing TDS calculations, handling accounting tasks like ledger maintenance and invoice processing, supporting in preparing financial reports, ensuring tax laws compliance, and assisting with other accounting-related activities as required. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records using Tally software. - Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns. - Process TDS calculations and assist with TDS return filings. - Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing. - Assist senior accountants in preparing financial reports and statements. - Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and company policies. - Support the team with any other accounting-related activities as needed. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role. - Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax filing procedures. - Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
